Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original ARMRA® packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
